Welcome to TurboBoost Supplies! This shipping policy outlines important details regarding shipping costs and options, delivery times, order processing, international shipping, and related policies. Please review the sections below to understand what to expect when you place an order with us.
When do we process orders?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may extend up to 3–4 business days. Orders received after 3:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.
How are orders handled?
We use an automated fulfillment system to ensure accuracy and speed. Each order is reviewed for payment confirmation and item availability before being packaged. If an item is out of stock or discontinued, we will notify you via email with options to cancel, substitute, or backorder the product.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are determined by package weight, dimensions, destination, and the chosen shipping method. We display shipping rates at checkout so you know the exact cost before finalizing your order.
Free Shipping Offers
We offer free standard ground shipping on orders over $3000 to U.S. addresses. For orders under $3000, standard shipping rates apply.
We partner with major carriers—USPS, UPS, FedEx—to provide reliable delivery options.
Carrier transit times do not include order processing time. Overnight and weekend deliveries may incur additional fees.
Delivery Addresses
We deliver to physical street addresses and P.O. boxes within the United States and its territories. Some carriers restrict deliveries to certain P.O. boxes or rural areas. If your selected shipping method cannot deliver to your address, you will be prompted to choose an alternative option.
Prohibited Items
We adhere to federal regulations and carrier policies. Items such as aerosols, flammable liquids, and lithium batteries may be restricted or require special handling. We will notify you if your order contains restricted items and advise on alternate shipping methods.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package online. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear on the carrier’s website.
What if tracking shows “Delivered,” but you haven’t received your package?
Lost Packages
If tracking indicates delivery but you do not receive your order after 7 days, please contact us for assistance. We will initiate a carrier investigation and work with you to resend or refund the order once the carrier confirms the loss.
Damaged Packages
Inspect your package upon arrival. If damage is evident, refuse delivery or note “damaged” on the delivery receipt. Photograph the damage and email the photos to turboboostsupplies@usa.com within 48 hours. We will replace or refund the damaged items after verifying the claim with the carrier.
Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for stolen packages once a carrier marks them as delivered. Consider requiring a signature upon delivery for valuable orders.
Where do we ship internationally?
We worldwide.
Customs, Taxes & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. You are responsible for paying these charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office for current rates prior to ordering.

30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 120 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
How to Initiate a Return
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Exchanges
For exchanges, follow the return procedure and place a new order for the desired item. We will expedite processing once the original item is received.
Cancellation Window
You may cancel or modify your order for free within 2 hours of placement by emailing turboboostsupplies@usa.com. Please include your order number and requested changes.
After the Cancellation Window
If order processing has begun, a cancellation may not be possible. You can still return the item after delivery per our Returns Policy.
Do you ship on weekends?
We process orders Monday through Friday. Weekend shipping depends on the carrier’s service level (e.g., UPS Next Day Air Saturday).
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. At checkout, choose “Ship to different addresses” and enter the addresses and quantities for each.
My tracking number isn’t working—help!
Allow 24 hours for your tracking info to update. If it still doesn’t work after 48 hours, contact the carrier with the tracking number or email us at turboboostsupplies@usa.com.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Add gift wrapping at checkout for $4.99 per item. Include a personalized message in the order notes.
