You may request a return within 120 days of receipt of your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

3. Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

• Customized or personalized products
• Perishable goods (e.g., chemicals with limited shelf life)
• Wear-and-tear items (e.g., installation hardware once used)
• Clearance or final-sale items

4. Return Process

1. Initiate Return: Email turboboostsupplies@usa.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Authorization: We will review your request within 2 business days and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
3. Ship Back: Pack the item securely, include the RMA number on the outside of the package, and ship to the address provided.
4. Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the item to confirm it meets return conditions.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• Defective/Wrong Item: If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will provide a prepaid return label.
• Change of Mind: For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Refunds

Once your return is approved and the item inspected:

• Standard Refund: We will refund the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue store credit valid for 12 months.

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, model, or color, please indicate this when initiating your return. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may incur additional shipping fees.

8. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will cover all shipping costs for returns and issue a full refund or replacement.

9. International Returns

Customers outside the United States must obtain an RMA before returning items. International return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item.

10. Non-Receipt of Refund
