This policy applies to all products purchased through our website, turboboostsupplies.com. It does not apply to products purchased from third-party retailers or resellers.
You may request a return within 120 days of receipt of your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, model, or color, please indicate this when initiating your return. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may incur additional shipping fees.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will cover all shipping costs for returns and issue a full refund or replacement.
Customers outside the United States must obtain an RMA before returning items. International return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item.
If you have not received your refund after 14 business days, first check your bank account or payment provider. Then contact us at turboboostsupplies@usa.com.
